Who we are

I founded Chrysalis Growth following a successful career in Sales, Marketing and Business Ownership.

I started my career in design and development of electronic and computing systems before moving into management of design, development and production. However, the majority of my career has been in Marketing and Sales.

Most recently I lead UK Sales for market-leading access control manufacturer Paxton where I tripled sales. Paxton’s systems allow managed access to premises using card and phone technology. Earlier in my career, I was a key member of the sales team at telecoms start-up Eyretel, helping to drive the company to number the one spot in the Sunday Times Fastrack 100.

Chrysalis Growth is part of the Chrysalis partnership, a group of business coaches with deep experience across all aspects of business.
We use a unique business coaching system combining the best coaching and consulting practices with industry experience from within the Chrysalis group.

The Chrysalis Mission

My mission is to help owners of small to medium sized business achieve their goals. When an entrepreneur starts their own business they imagine how that business will look and how it will work. However, once the business is established the owner gets deeply involved in running the business, working in it and not on it. There simply isn’t enough time to stand back and look at the bigger picture.

This is where I can help. With the resources of a successful coaching team, a background in technology and best-practice business techniques, I can systematically work with business owners to identify issues and development areas in their business. Most importantly I can understand the goals and aspirations of the business owner and work towards making them a reality.

Together we will formulate a simple, straightforward plan and help you achieve it. My involvement is as much or as little as you need. The more involved I am, the faster you’ll see results.
